All orders are processed same day when orders are placed Monday-Friday before 2pm MT (except holidays).  If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday the order will be processed/shipped on the next business day. All custom orders will be shipped in 3-4 business days.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Returns and exchanges

Customized product is final sale and non-refundable (made-to-order MySmartBlinds and MySmartRollerShades, etc). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a return.

If you believe your blinds were not cut correctly, please contact . If our measurements are not correct, we will refund shipping costs for a return or repair.

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all unopened, unused, and undamaged units. The unit must be unaltered and in original, new condition. Shipping charges to Smarterhome must be paid by customer.

Upon acceptance and processing of the return, all funds will be returned to the original method of payment (minus any fees) and will be processed by Smarterhome within 7 business days of receipt of product (excluding weekends and holidays).

Smarterhome reserves the right to remedy any minor defects in defective units by replacing defective, inoperable, or missing parts rather than offering a refund or exchange.

After 30 days, and up to 90 days from the date of purchase, if product has not been installed, it can be returned for a refund, less 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges to Smarterhome must be paid by customer. The unit(s) must be undamaged and in original, new condition. 

Due to the nature and logistics of inventory management and distribution, after 90 days, no returns will be accepted.

Smarterhome DOES NOT accept returns on units that have been installed, modified, scratched, damaged, or abused as they cannot be resold as new products. If you made a mistake while mounting a Lifter, we may have several remedies available to you to help you repair the damaged area and still be able to use your unit. However, we will not accept a return within our terms. Please call our customer service department for help at 833.234.8711 6am-10pm MST.
