is there a minimum ceiling heighT requirement?

We recommend at least 8 foot ceilings to install any of our lifter systems. Specific to the Hard Top Lifter, the bottom of the hardtop will hang between 36 and 48 inches from the ceiling when fully raised. Please consider this information when determining if this product will work for your situation.
